January 8 - I promise I have been taking my pictures every day, I am just not good at getting them posted every day. I think I am doing pretty good if I keep them up to date once a week for now.

Another food shot - a 10 minute taco salad. I just didn't have the black olives on it this time, but it was still good. (I can usually only eat half of it and Hunter likes to finish it off for me) :o)
